"Went in Winterville NC store yesterday 12/19/2025. Couldn't get cart loose so I went in without one. Got overwhelmed and couldn't walk had to lean on cheese area to brace myself. A blond lady employee with a ponytail came by and I asked her to get me a cart which I am grateful for her. Also grateful for cashier that helped me use my food stamp card. I was still unable to concentrate. Also a lady and a little girl helped me put groceries in car and returned my cart. Thanks to all for taking care of a old lady. Great customer service and customers. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks again."
